Seeds of Thought: Understanding Spiritual Influence on Our Minds

July 04, 2025 3 min read

Have you ever wondered where your thoughts come from? The truth might surprise you. Not all the thoughts in your mind are truly your own.

One of the greatest things that Satan is doing to us is, not allowing any of us to know that they can give us thoughts.

This hidden truth keeps many people in the dark. But there's hope. When we learn more about how our thoughts work, we can protect our minds better.

Once you become aware that Satan and the demons are allowed to give us thoughts, then we are better able to help ourselves.

Understanding this truth is the first step to taking control of our thoughts. When we know what's really going on in our minds, we can make better choices about which thoughts to keep and which ones to let go.

Recognizing the Source of Our Thoughts

Many of us think every thought in our head is our own. But this isn't true. And believing this can cause us real problems.

If you believe that all the thoughts that come into your head are your own, then that poses a problem for you.

When we think all thoughts are ours, we miss something big. We don't see that some thoughts come from outside of us. These outside forces can use thoughts to make us do things that hurt us.

Because you're thinking that it's you instead of an outside force that is utilizing the thoughts that they can give you to have you act in a way that causes you harm.

This is why it's so important to know where our thoughts come from. When we learn this, we can start to spot which thoughts are truly ours and which ones aren't. This knowledge helps us protect ourselves from harmful influences.

The Spiritual Battle for Awareness

There's a hidden battle going on right now. It's about what we know and don't know about our thoughts.

So they have decided that they do not want us, the people, to know this.

The dark forces don't want us to understand how they work. They try to keep this truth hidden from us. But there's good news.

However, God says that we the people should know.

God wants us to know the truth. He wants us to understand what's really going on in our minds. This isn't a new teaching - it goes way back.

And this is one of the things that Jonah was preaching about in the book of Jonah.

Just like Jonah taught long ago, we need to wake up to this truth. When we know better, we can do better. This knowledge helps us fight the daily battle for our minds.

Seeds Within: God's and Satan's Influence

Did you know that we all have two kinds of seeds inside us? It's true. God and Satan have each planted their own seeds in every person.

We the people have two types of seeds that are divinely implanted in all of us since We have God's seeds and we have Satan's seeds.

When we make choices, we only have two paths to follow. These paths come from these seeds within us.

There are only two lines of thought that we, the people, can operate with to make decisions.

Every time we think or choose, we use one of these seeds. It's that simple.

Either you're operating from the seeds that God has planted or you're operating from the seeds that Satan has planted.

This means each choice we make comes from either God's seed or Satan's seed. There's no middle ground. When we understand this, we can start to see which seed is guiding our thoughts.

The Power of Discernment and Making Better Choices

When we know the truth about our thoughts, we can change our lives for the better. This knowledge is powerful.

If we, the people, are aware of this, then we can make better decisions in our lives, avoiding unnecessary calamity for ourselves and others.

God has given us a special gift. It's called discernment. With it, we can tell where our thoughts come from.

And so God said that there is a way through discernment that we, the people can learn who has given us our thoughts.

This understanding helps us:

  • Make wiser choices
  • Avoid harm to ourselves
  • Protect others from harm
  • Live better lives

The choice is now yours. You can use this knowledge to make better decisions. When you know where thoughts come from, you can pick the good ones and leave the bad ones behind.
