Sometimes our minds fill up with strong feelings and thoughts. They can feel like they're attacking us, coming at us from all sides. It's natural to want to fight back or push them away.
So when I say let the feelings pass through you and the thoughts, that means that Satan and the demons are attacking you with feelings, with thoughts.
But here's what helps: Let them flow through you. Don't try to stop them. Don't fight them.
You need to just let them have their way with you, because there's nothing that you can do about it.
Think of it like waves in the ocean. They come, and then they go. Fighting them only makes things harder. When we accept that these feelings will pass on their own, we make peace with the process.
This is the first step in dealing with our thoughts and feelings. We can't control when they come, but we can choose how we respond to them.
After letting your feelings flow, you'll reach a calm place in your mind. This is a special moment of peace.
Once that happens and you are in a place where you are at in a peaceful state of mind.
In this quiet space, you can feel God's presence. It's like a warm blanket of comfort wrapping around you.
This is where God and His angels are giving you peace and comfort, by making you feel good.
This divine comfort helps heal your heart. It brings a deep sense of peace that makes everything feel better. When you reach this state, you know you're not alone. God's love and support are there, helping you feel good again.
When you're ready, God will help you with forgiveness. The timing has to be just right.
However, after that, is when God and His angels will come. Coming at the proper time to give you the counsel of forgiveness, because it's at that time you'll be willing to accept forgiveness.
Sometimes your heart needs time to heal first. When you're hurting too much, it's hard to forgive.
However, when Satan and them brings you the forgiveness parts, you be unwilling because your heart is hurting, and this is how you discern the difference between the two that's giving you the thoughts of forgiveness. You might not need to forgive at that moment because it is too hard for you.
You'll know it's the right time when:
Don't rush forgiveness. It's okay to wait until you're truly ready. Trust that when the time is right, you'll feel it in your heart.
The path to forgiveness should feel light, not heavy. This is what we learn from God's teachings.
And, again, the lord says his load is light and his yoke is kindly, and that means for us all.
Yes, we need to forgive others. It's important for our own healing.
It does urge us to forgive so that we can be forgiven.
But here's the good news - you don't have to rush it.
However, we do not have to do it right away.
When your heart is still hurting, it's okay to wait. True forgiveness comes when you're ready. If someone pushes you to forgive when you're not ready, that's not the right time. God's way is gentle and kind. He knows when your heart is ready to take this step.
Remember:
This is how we find true peace in forgiveness - by following God's gentle timing, not forcing ourselves before we're ready.
